Here, you can toggle if gang leader can see your stats or not. If you do, gang leaders will be able to see your stats under members list and easily decide who to put in the War Chamber. However, once you join another gang, these settings will remain same, so if you do not trust your new leader please disable this before you change gangs. Also ONLY the gang staff and yourself, can see your stats in the members page and War Chamber, once you have enabled it.
You do not allow your gang leader to see your stats.
